- Capture and promote customer success stories and verified outcomes.
- Build and maintain executive-level stakeholder relationships.
- Manage engagement activities using Gainsight, Salesforce, and related tools.
- Identify growth opportunities and support retention and upsell initiatives.
- Communicate customer feedback to influence product development and roadmap.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field preferred.
