Responsibilities
- Design and develop training and enablement content using multiple modalities such as eLearning, assessments, videos, presentations, facilitator guides, and job aids.
- Create interactive, learner-centric training aligned with Bloom’s taxonomy and project requirements.
- Design and deliver learning assessments to measure outcomes effectively.
- Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and maintain organized content assets.
- Conduct timely design and content reviews with team leads and subject-matter experts.
- Assist with content publishing and streamline eLearning production processes.
- Communicate proactively via project management tools like Asana.
Education
- Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience in instructional design or related field.
