Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point-of-contact and escalation for clients
- Coordinate and oversee all functional services and external vendors to meet timeline and budget
- Manage study budgets and scope, driving change orders to completion
- Collaborate with clinical operations and potentially assume clinical duties for limited scope projects
- Oversee financial health and profitability including billing and forecasting
- Develop comprehensive project plans including risk management and mitigation
- Ensure quality management and readiness for inspections
- Establish tracking metrics and prepare status updates for clients and senior management
- Lead internal and client meetings and set project team expectations
- Communicate protocol/study issues and implement necessary actions
- Conduct formal presentations including Bid Defenses
- Implement and ensure compliance of study-specific training
- Support business development and marketing activities as needed
- Maintain compliance with organizational policies and administrative duties
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science or health-related field required
- Advanced degree preferred
