Project Coordinator - Baltimore office support - HybridSeeking an entry-level Administrative Assistant to support various projects and assignments supporting EFI Global’s MidAtlantic district teams – Engineering and Fire Investigations.
This is a fast-pace, “hit the ground running” administrative support role. (NOT an IT or Project Management role.)
This is a full-time hybrid position (after initial in-office training) that must reside in the greater Baltimore area and be able to commute to the office for weekly in-office rotation.
Must be available to work an 8-hour shift between 7:00AM to 6:00 PM eastern time.
PRIMARY PURPOSE: To coordinate project scheduling and administrative tasks.
