Administrative Assistant and Accounts Receivable

Pressco Products is a small manufacturing company that produces quality machining, stamping, fabrication, and minor assembly of aerospace components with pride and excellence. This job will focus on assisting with administrative tasks, and accounts receivable/collections duties.

Job Duties and Essential Functions:

• Welcoming guests in the lobby
• Answering phone calls, taking customer and vendor inquiries
• Full Accounts Receivable tasks – Invoicing, collections, communication with customers
• Assist with the entry of customer purchase orders
• Maintain customer portal data and data entry into our system
• Labor ticket entries
• Work with document control on filing duties
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Professional customer service communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and critical thinking
• Proficient computer skills – Windows 10, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook). We will train on our computer ERP systems (Infor VISUAL)
• Minimum 2 + years of experience with accounting
• Minimum 2 + years of experience in an office or administrative environment
• Basic knowledge of office equipment
• Excellent attendance and time management
• Standing, sitting, bending for extended periods of time in a machine shop/office environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with active listening. Must be fluent in English.

This position is hourly non-exempt with an hourly range of $22.00 - $25.00 per hour and is dependent on experience. Upon completion of the probationary period, benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Short and Long-Term Disability, 401(k), and voluntary supplemental insurance options.
