Role Description
We are seeking a talented and creative Bespoke Floral Designer to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role as a Designer. Starting compensation out of training is $15/hour. As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for designing custom pieces of art that capture the sentiment and quality of our brand.
Responsibilities
- Design bespoke pieces of art using pressed blooms, effectively incorporating client preferences and specifications.
- Communicate with clients to understand their vision and provide design recommendations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Previous experience in fine arts, design or a related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to conceptualize branded designs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Teachability and willingness to learn new techniques and approaches
