Skills
- Expertise in Figma and UX/UI design tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI principles and accessibility.
- Experience with responsive design and CSS media queries, Grid, and Flexbox.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Functional understanding of GitHub, React.js, and client-side APIs is a plus.
- Experience with data-heavy, enterprise platforms preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX/UI design solutions from conception to launch for product teams.
- Conduct and oversee user research including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
- Maintain design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders on design implementation.
- Facilitate design thinking workshops and brainstorming sessions.
- Mentor and guide designers to support their professional growth.
- Manage team performance assessments and growth plans.
- Ensure adherence to company code of conduct and report noncompliance.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience.
