- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills.
- Ability to develop financial dashboards and metrics tracking.
Responsibilities
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes ensuring accurate GAAP-compliant financial statements.
- Deliver internal and investor financial reporting with actionable insights.
- Develop financial dashboards tracking SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, CAC, and LTV.
- Lead company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning including scenario modeling.
- Monitor and manage cash flow for runway visibility and capital efficiency.
- Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and implement scalable accounting policies and controls.
- Ensure tax, revenue recognition, and compliance obligations are met.
- Manage relationships with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors.
- Cultivate a culture of financial accountability and evaluate financial systems to support scaling.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA certification strongly preferred.
