Responsibilities
- Lead and support FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial modeling
- Analyze business performance and collaborate with departments to identify trends and provide insights to senior management
- Construct and manage driver-based financial models including 3-statement, headcount, and unit economics models
- Partner with accounting to prepare internal and external financial reporting materials
- Prepare materials for Board of Directors and critical meetings ensuring accuracy and clarity
- Continuously learn and apply new financial concepts with a growth mindset
- Manage both short-term and long-term projects focused on delivering impactful results
- Build and maintain positive cross-functional relationships to support financial decision-making
- Analyze financial and subscription data to derive actionable business insights
- Utilize advanced tools to enhance team efficiency and streamline financial processes
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
