Resource Innovations is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager, FP&A with a strong background in finance to join our dynamic and growing team. As the Manager, FP&A, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and reporting on the company’s financial performance, as well as supporting key business decisions with financial insights. You will be responsible for financial planning and forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and analyzing financial and operational data. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to provide actionable recommendations based on your findings and to support strategic initiatives that drive growth and profitability for the company.

Compensation & Benefits
Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position. The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $120,000 - $130,000. In addition to base pay, employees are eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes three weeks of paid vacation per year; paid holidays; a 401(k)-retirement plan with employer matching; health, dental and vision insurance; and other supplemental benefits.
