Programs are offered as online courses within standard university semesters. Through these programs, students gain real-world experience while tackling projects from the world's most recognized brands, such as Spotify, Netflix, Shopify, Uber, Google, and Airbnb. The flagship program is the Global Career Accelerator (here’s an example: https://www.globaltech.asu.edu/about) which runs at 70+ universities around the country.

- Student Experience – Customer NPS is better than Netflix, Apple, and Amazon.

- Student Access – Programs are for credit, count towards graduation, and are financial aid eligible.

- Student Outcomes – Undergraduate students go on to work at places like JP Morgan, Airbnb, Stripe and Deloitte directly through the careers marketplace.

About the Role

The company is seeking an ambitious, results-driven Campaign Manager to join the growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of marketing experience who wants to take ownership of lifecycle campaigns and drive measurable growth for university-focused marketing plans.

Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end lifecycle email campaigns using tools like Iterable, driving engagement and conversions

- Optimize funnel performance through data analysis, A/B testing, and strategic campaign adjustments

- Manage multiple concurrent marketing projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines

- Execute growth marketing initiatives specifically targeting 18-26 year old university students

- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to ensure marketing campaign alignment

- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and conversion rates

Qualifications

Experience & Skills

- 2+ years professional marketing experience, preferably at a marketing agency with exposure to diverse marketing functions or similar organization

- 1+ years hands-on email marketing experience with lifecycle campaigns and tools like Iterable, Klaviyo, or similar platforms

- Experience with paid acquisition, PPC, or performance marketing (not required, strong plus)

- Funnel management and optimization experience

- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results

- Independent worker who can make decisions autonomously while keeping the team informed

- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills

Ideal Background

- Agency experience preferred: 2+ years at a strong marketing agency where experience was gained from seasoned professionals and exposure to various marketing functions

- Ready to transition from agency life to an in-house role with more ownership and strategic impact

- Previous roles: Digital Marketing Specialist, Performance Marketer, Email/CRM Marketer, Marketing Analyst, or similar
