As Corporate Director of Procurement, you’ll have an opportunity to shape the systems and processes behind one of the nation’s leading heavy civil infrastructure builders. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead companywide procurement operations to drive greater efficiency and directly influence performance and success across our company.
Reporting to the CFO and working closely with the CEO, you’ll work across operations, finance, legal, IT, and project teams. As the company’s top procurement leader, you’ll be responsible for developing and evolving policies, standardizing practices, and implementing systems that improve field execution, mitigate risk, and strengthen the bottom line.

The position is based in our corporate headquarters in Irvine, CA, hybrid, or remote within the U.S., and requires time spent at project sites, corporate offices, and associated travel. We expect to work with the candidate to establish a schedule that incorporates remote and hybrid work options tailored to each candidate’s specific circumstances.
The salary range for this position is between $200,000 - $240,000 per year depending on experience and/or education.
