Responsibilities
- Build purchase orders and create orders using Leaflink, Leaftrade, or Excel
- Investigate inventory and pricing/costing control issues
- Verify order paperwork including testing results, licensing, invoices, and manifests
- Manage order documentation and trackers
- Communicate with vendors regarding order and delivery concerns
- Ensure invoice accuracy before order delivery
- Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics with retail stores
- Provide customer service support for 3rd party procurement processes
- Build positive relationships with retail inventory managers, associates, and vendors
Education
- Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent
