Shriners Children's is the premier pediatric burn, orthopaedic, spinal cord injury, cleft lip and palate, and pediatric subspecialties medical center. We have an opportunity for an full-time Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resource and Finance Departments at Shriners Children's Philadelphia.
The Department Administrative Assistant supports the team through performing clerical functions such as creating letters and spreadsheets, maintaining Outlook calendars for the team, ordering supplies and supporting the leader and department. Specific tasks include answering the department phone, reserving conference rooms, preparing reports, compliance tracking and various other duties as assigned. This position supports both Human Resources and Fiscal Services.

Education
High School diploma preferred
Skills and Experience
3-5 years administrative experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Suite of products
