Position Summary:
The Sr. Director of Talent is responsible for designing and executing strategies to attract, assess, develop, and retain top executive and senior leadership talent, as well as building a robust pipeline of early-career professionals through collegiate recruiting. This individual partners closely with the C-suite, business leaders, and HR to ensure the organization has the leadership and emerging talent required to achieve its strategic goals. This role drives executive recruiting, succession planning, leadership development, collegiate recruiting, and culture initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end executive talent acquisition process, including sourcing, assessment, and onboarding of C-suite and senior leaders.

• Develop and execute executive succession planning, working closely with the CEO and Board to ensure robust leadership pipelines.

• Design and implement programs for executive development, coaching, and ongoing learning to build critical leadership capabilities.

• Build and lead a collegiate recruiting strategy to attract, assess, and hire high-potential early-career talent, partnering with universities and professional organizations.

• Partner with senior leaders to understand business needs and align talent strategies with organizational goals.

• Oversee executive assessment and performance management processes.

• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within the leadership ranks and collegiate talent pipelines.

• Monitor and report on executive and early-career talent metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

• Manage relationships with executive search firms, universities, and key external partners.

• Lead or participate in M&A due diligence and integration as it pertains to executive and emerging talent.

• Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement among the leadership team and across all talent programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.

• 10+ years of progressive experience in talent management, executive search, collegiate recruiting, or HR leadership.

• Demonstrated experience designing and executing executive and early-career talent strategies.

• Strong understanding of leadership assessment tools, development programs, collegiate recruiting best practices, and succession planning.

• Exceptional interpersonal, influence, and communication skills.

• Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments (PE-backed, multi-site, or professional services experience a plus).

This position will be fully remote, with ideal candidate in East Coast time-zone preferred. We offer flexibility in managing your schedule to maintain a healthy work-life balance while meeting business needs.
