- Experience with Oracle ERP or equivalent financial systems and integration with payment service providers.
- Advanced Excel skills with ability to analyze large datasets and perform complex reconciliations.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional and geographic teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full Order-to-Cash cycle including sales validation, billing, payment receipt, and AR reconciliation.
- Oversee daily retail and e-commerce sales audit processes ensuring data alignment across platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to capture accurate sales and tender data.
- Manage bank reconciliation of sales receipts and drive automation of reconciliation tasks.
- Lead accounts receivable operations and settlement management with department store and concession partners.
- Supervise AR analyst for invoicing, collection, dispute resolution, and statement reconciliation.
- Support month-end close and preparation of schedules related to AR and sales cash postings.
- Assist in cash flow forecasting automation and year-end audit preparation.
- Identify and resolve data variances during financial close and support ad hoc operational projects.
Education
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
