Role Overview

Sodexo Energy & Resource is seeking an Office Manager for an Oil & Gas client in El Segundo, CA. The Office Manager will support the management of office services and facility management. Sodexo Energy & Resource teams deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to diverse locations. From headquarters to offshore rigs, our integrated facilities management, dining and 24/7 hospitality offerings are designed to meet your offshore and onshore service needs. 

What You'll Do

• Play a lead role in managing office services, supplies/inventory, facility management, and space issues for a small to medium-sized office property
• Lead the maintenance and alteration of work areas and office equipment
• Provide administrative support to a department or group of professionals.
• May supervise less than two FTE employees

• experience in Facilities Management
• proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
• Maximo experience
• detail-orientation, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• excellent organization, communication, and project management skills

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
