The TOPPAN Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) is designed to help you develop leadership skills, gain technical knowledge, establish strong business skills and understand TOPPAN's culture and processes. The program is a blend of hands-on experiences and opportunities. The ELP (Emerging Leader) will assist TOPPAN in providing solutions for our all areas of the business.
This specific ELP role as a Supply Chain Associate will focus on supporting the development of business processes for data management and end-to-end supply chain activities. The role will involve project management, analytics, data governance, and continuous improvement activities, while working cross-functionally amongst the organization. This position will be an integral part of defining our Toppan Master Data Management strategy and execution.

The annual base salary range for Non-Technical Degrees is between $61,500 and $65,000.
The annual base salary range for Technical Degrees is between $72,000 and $77,500.
