Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate, and review commercial agreements in various business verticals including telecommunications and aviation
- Identify and mitigate legal risks by implementing policies and training for the customer support team
- Provide legal analysis on consumer protection, telecommunication laws, and industry regulations
- Advise throughout the product lifecycle from development to end-of-life
- Manage Starlink’s global online terms of service for residential and business products
- Improve legal forms, policies, and processes for efficiency and clarity
- Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze risks and develop solutions
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) or foreign equivalent degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. state
