Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product designers, researchers, managers, and engineers to implement design solutions across platforms.
- Design user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity accessible UI, and prototypes for web and mobile that meet user needs and align with strategic goals.
- Apply systems thinking to ensure consistency and scalability in design across products.
- Use user research and data insights to guide design decisions and iterate solutions.
- Engage in design critiques, team rituals, and collaborative workshops.
- Communicate design rationale and business impact clearly to stakeholders.
- Incorporate feedback to refine design clarity, usability, and polish.
- Maintain design consistency using SpotOn’s design system.
- Support user research efforts and translate insights into design recommendations.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience often preferred in design or related fields.
