Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation and ABM strategy aligned with company and sales goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align buyer journey strategies.
- Manage integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns including paid media, SEO, SEM, content, email, and events.
- Utilize data analytics, A/B testing, and attribution modeling to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
- Drive funnel optimization, lead scoring, routing, and conversion improvement alongside Revenue and Marketing Ops.
- Track and report campaign KPIs, providing executive insights and forecasting demand generation results.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing growth marketing team fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Elevate brand presence and market visibility within the mental health benefits space.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business, or related field.
