UX/UI Designer – Figma Expert
Skills
- 3–5 years professional UX/UI design experience with a strong product portfolio.
- Deep expertise in Figma including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Design Tokens, and Prototyping.
- Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design.
- Ability to conduct or participate in user interviews, surveys, and synthesize feedback.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes aligned with user needs and business objectives.
- Own and evolve the Figma-based design system to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Translate technical and clinical requirements into simplified UI/UX designs.
- Conduct and participate in user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate design decisions.
- Create interactive prototypes and annotated specs for developers.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure feasibility and user-centric outcomes.
- Communicate design rationale and user value effectively to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on UX trends, design tools, and dental/med-tech software.
