Responsibilities
- Drive brand transformation, transactions, and same store sales growth through innovative CEP products
- Support pipeline development for next-generation QSR products to enhance consumer relevance
- Manage execution of test launches and national launches within a 12-month experience window for the Cantina Menu
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Consumer Insights, Food Innovation, Operations, Finance, Digital, Brand, and Supply Chain
- Analyze competitive food and beverage landscape and translate emerging trends into menu innovation opportunities
- Partner with Brand, Creative, and Advertising teams on communications, promotions, and go-to-market strategies
- Assist Product Manager with ongoing projects as needed
Education
- Bachelor's Degree required
