Responsibilities
- Design and implement HR programs, policies, and strategies to support business growth and employee experience.
- Build leadership and P&C capability to ensure talent readiness and position Taco Bell as an employer of choice.
- Cultivate an inclusive culture where employees feel they belong and can thrive.
- Lead talent acquisition, development, retention, organizational design, and employee relations initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Manage and develop a high-performing HR team focused on strategic analysis and business impact.
- Drive People & Culture projects and coordinate a calendar of engagement activities across US operations.
- Ensure compliance and effective support across both franchise and company-owned restaurant environments.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Advanced degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred.
