As a Retail Brand Experience (RBX) Sr Project Manager, you are responsible for developing and driving end-to-end project plans for specific categories and businesses, ensuring those projects meet budget and timing parameters. You’ll leverage your excellent communication and time management skills to manage your project plans in collaboration with key enterprise stakeholders and ensure cross-functional partners are meeting deadlines. You will schedule and manage the review cadence and creative milestones and identify solutions where needed to overcome obstacles. Additionally, you’ll raise risk throughout the process appropriately to ensure operational excellence is achieved and seek creative solutions to overcome obstacles and/or problem solve with the team as needed. You will foster team dynamics through coaching and translation of project management approach and participate in Culture Initiatives focusing on personal behavioral growth. About you:
4-year college degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of Project Management or Marketing Operations experience
Proven experience in project management: high performing with the ability to execute multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage through ambiguity
Detail oriented
Agency experience, or experience working with an agency
Excellent communication, negotiation - ability to have a healthy debate, and time management skills
Collaborative team player, ability to co-create with passion
Strong organization and planning skills
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
