Responsibilities
- Develop and launch original national and cross-market shows for broadcast, streaming, and digital platforms
- Oversee a national content production team creating episodic shows, specials, and scalable series
- Serve as executive producer for flagship programs, ensuring format consistency and creative excellence
- Lead TEGNA’s streaming strategy, including programming for FAST and OTT channels
- Apply proven linear producing experience to support show pacing, packaging, and broadcast innovation
- Collaborate with station newsrooms, regional leaders, and digital teams to amplify reach and impact
- Champion TEGNA’s values of integrity, inclusion, impact, innovation, and results
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Media Studies, or related field required
- Advanced degree preferred
