Account Director

TMA is an innovative marketing agency seeking an experienced Account Director to lead integrated brand marketing initiatives, managing client relationships and agency teams to deliver impactful campaigns within a fast-paced environment.

Skills

  • Expertise in integrated brand marketing including traditional and digital channels
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client partnering skills
  • Exceptional project management abilities to meet deadlines and budget goals
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work autonomously and solve problems proactively
  • Willingness to travel as required

Responsibilities

  • Act as senior client account liaison overseeing relationship, scope, and deliverables
  • Manage, mentor, and grow internal teams and agency partners
  • Provide oversight on brand positioning, strategy, and legal considerations
  • Drive integrated marketing campaigns to exceed client brand objectives and KPIs
  • Lead account planning, strategy, creative development, execution, and reporting
  • Develop succession plans and proactively grow accounts and new business opportunities
  • Report status and results to agency management

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA or Master’s degree preferred
