Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic finance partner to EVP of North American Sales and leadership team to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain forecasting models and scenario analyses identifying revenue risks and opportunities.
- Lead development of executive-level presentations communicating performance and recommendations.
- Partner with sales leadership on resource allocation, headcount planning, and investment decisions.
- Develop frameworks to evaluate sales pipeline health, targets, and key KPIs influencing strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting infrastructure and ensure data integrity.
- Support contract negotiations and strategic deals with sophisticated financial models.
- Drive ad hoc strategic projects supporting sales organization growth and opportunities.
- Promote financial rigor and accountability within the sales team through clear actionable insights.
Education
- BA/BS degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field required.
- MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
