Thomson Reuters is seeking a collaborative and innovative Manager of Enablement & Partnerships for our Midlaw segment. In this role, you will own all sales enablement activities and act as the primary representative for partner-related initiatives. Your work will ensure our sales teams are equipped, aligned, and ready to drive growth through effective programs and strategic collaboration.
About the Role
In this role as Manager of Enablement & Partnerships, you will:
Own all MLF segment sales enablement: Design, deliver, and continuously improve enablement programs for the MLF sales team - including onboarding, training, process rollouts, and creation of sales materials. Leverage content generated by other teams and develop original enablement resources tailored to the needs of the segment
Serve as the segment’s lead for partner-related activities: Act as the primary representative for all MLF partner initiatives, including organizing and facilitating partner workshops, launches, trainings, and events. Build strong relationships with partners, ensuring alignment and maximizing mutual success
Drive execution of the partner reseller program: Lead the rollout and ongoing management of the partner reseller program within the MLF sales team. Ensure sales teams are prepared to work with partners, track and support program performance, and facilitate readiness through targeted enablement and communications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with sales leadership, enablement, marketing, product, and partner management teams to ensure a unified approach to enablement and partnership strategy
Field communication & training: Partner with sales enablement and product teams to deliver effective field communications, new product training, and regular channel call topics. Ensure messaging is clear and consistent for both internal sales and external partners
Continuous improvement: Solicit feedback from sales and partners to identify enablement gaps and opportunities, iterating on programs and materials to drive ongoing improvement and performance
About You:
You’re a fit for the role of Manager, Enablement & Partnerships if your background includes:
5+ years of experience in sales enablement, partnership management, or a related function (preferably in B2B, SaaS, or legal tech)
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver impactful enablement programs
Experience launching and managing partner or reseller programs
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, organize, and execute effectively
Excellent collaboration and communication skills; able to build relationships across internal teams and with external partners
Creative problem-solver who can adapt enablement materials to diverse audiences
Experience presenting to senior executives, partners, and large groups
Knowledge of the legal market, products, and trends (preferred)
