- Strong hands-on skills with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Expertise in managing paid media, SEO, GEO initiatives, and agency collaborations.
- Experience with lead scoring, lifecycle management, and automation workflows.
- Advanced analytical skills including building dashboards and interpreting marketing attribution data.
- Capability to work well cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and RevOps.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute integrated campaigns across paid media, SEO, email nurtures, events, content syndication, and webinars.
- Design and optimize inbound lead generation programs to improve MQL to SQL conversion rates.
- Build and manage top-of-funnel acquisition strategies focused on high-intent leads.
- Oversee lead lifecycle management, campaign attribution, and performance reporting with GTM leadership.
- Create dashboards and reporting in HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring accurate lead attribution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, SDRs, Sales, RevOps, and Sales Enablement.
- Lead CRO testing initiatives on landing pages and emails to continually improve campaign results.
- Stay current on demand generation tactics, AI tools, and marketing technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not explicitly required.
