Responsibilities
- Craft balanced, fun, and replayable missions with player-centric design
- Implement creative and technical mission elements focusing on reusable modular gameplay mechanics
- Collaborate closely with narrative, level design, AI, gameplay, and systems teams to deliver cohesive scenarios
- Translate narrative and gameplay goals into playable and repeatable mission content
- Prototype complex mission logic and scripted sequences using Blueprints and data-driven tools
- Use data and playtest feedback to iterate and balance missions for pacing and engagement
- Champion mission design best practices and mentor junior designers
- Contribute to technical documentation, workflows, and tool improvements
- Maintain consistent quality and alignment with the overall game vision
- Playtest missions with studio and design teams
Education
- Relevant education or equivalent professional experience in game design or related field
