Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of product enhancements for a mobile app focused on purchases and repayment management.
- Create clean, simple, and beautiful UI and user flows that provide delightful customer experiences.
- Deliver comprehensive design documentation for smooth developer handoff.
- Contribute to and improve the company’s design system library.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams including marketing, customer service, risk, and compliance.
- Run user interviews, usability testing, and lightweight research experiments to validate design decisions.
- Help evolve design team operations, tools, rituals, and processes.
- Incorporate ethical and effective use of AI design tools to enhance workflows and innovation.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred.
