Job Details:
SUMMARY:
The Accounting Admin position is responsible for generating and maintaining floor yields gross margins and any other duties as assigned. This includes detailed data entry into Excel models and regular collaboration with team members in Accounting and Operations. Work activities are variable and require judgment to complete tasks such as settings priorities, evaluating results, and coordinating with others. Assignments are defined and the approach to be taken is usually determined in coordination with others.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Some accounting education is preferred.
Experience:
2 plus years of office experience, preferably in an accounting department.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Special Skills:
Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Intermediate Excel skills. Understanding of multiple business units, accounting requirements, and general ledger coding.
SHIFT Sunday-Thursday (8hrs) 5am - 1:30pm
