Skills
- Proficiency in SQL and strong data visualization skills, especially with Tableau
- Experience with analytical coding languages like R or Python preferred
- Ability to perform complex data analyses and translate ambiguous requirements into clear solutions
- Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills, including creating compelling slide decks
- Familiarity with healthcare data and analytics environments
Responsibilities
- Develop data-driven analyses and actionable reports aligned to business objectives for medium to large customer contracts
- Create and leverage Tableau dashboard visualizations to communicate findings and support presentations
- Write custom SQL queries independently for ad hoc reporting and innovative analytics
- Enable Sales and Customer Success teams in use of data analytics tools to enhance customer interactions
- Identify and address gaps in Business Analytics processes and collaborate cross-functionally to improve them
- Partner with product management and data engineering for user acceptance testing and BI tool development
- Support team learning, especially in data storytelling and customer-facing analyses
- Mentor Analysts by providing feedback, guidance, QA, and support on deliverables
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
