AVP, Advisory Services

UPSTACK is a leading technology advisory firm delivering IT infrastructure solutions to over 6,500 clients. They are seeking an AVP, Advisory Services to lead a sales growth-focused team driving new customer acquisition and market expansion.

Skills

  • Proven sales leadership and team management in B2B midmarket or enterprise environments
  • Strong experience with outbound sales and territory development
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and familiarity with digital sales tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strategic thinking with strong business acumen and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent coaching, talent development, and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies to acquire new clients
  • Lead and coach a team of 8–10 Account Executives to maximize sales pipeline and close deals
  • Support the sales cycle with strategic deal guidance and pipeline management
  • Drive revenue accountability and team performance through KPIs and coaching
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Advisory, Business Development, and Customer Success teams
