Job Description
This role is in our Wilkes-Barre, PA office, 25 hours per week with ability to increase if needed at times
We are open from 7 AM to 7 PM (position would fill hours between these times)
Position is for week days; no holidays
Responsibilities (including but not limited to for this position):
- Checking patients in and collection of co-pays/deductibles/etc
- Scanning documents into charts
- Escort patients to and from therapy sessions
- Laundry
- answering phones
- doing new patient intake forms
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy areas
- Perform clerical tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records
Please note that this position does not involve direct provision of physical therapy services (which is not legal in Pennsylvania)
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Excellent telephone skills
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Available and flexible with your hours
- Close attention to detail
- Great time management and organizational skills
- Team player attitude and energetic with a focus on excellent customer service
