InnQuest (RoomMaster) Software is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Executive to drive net-new business growth across independent hotels and lodging properties. This role is a critical part of our mission to expand InnQuest’s footprint in the hospitality industry by winning new customers—particularly standalone properties and smaller portfolios that are not part of larger management groups.
We’re looking for a proven closer with a strong hunter mentality, exceptional organizational skills, and a high sense of urgency. You’ll be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, demoing, and converting new hotel prospects through a combination of outbound efforts, relationship-building, and consultative sales strategy.
As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to generate new logos and grow ARR through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, discovery calls, product demonstrations, and full-cycle deal management. You will be expected to consistently meet or exceed activity KPIs, sales quotas, and performance metrics.
