  • Handle customer complaints empathetically and resolve them swiftly.
  • Collect, share, and act on customer feedback to improve service quality.
  • Process payments accurately and maintain customer records.
  • Engage with customers during their wait to improve satisfaction and provide support.
  • Educate customers on sensitive topics like end-of-life options.
  • Follow up with customers post-visit to check on pet care.
  • Create personalized, memorable experiences for customers and their pets.

Education
