About The Role

As a Delivery Manager at Worldly, you will act as the critical link between our Product Owners/Managers and Development teams. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the efficient delivery of high-quality software solutions that align with our strategic objectives. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a deep understanding of agile methodologies, and the ability to foster collaboration across cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do

  • Agile Facilitation: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies to ensure seamless communication and collaboration within the development team.

  • Workflow Management: Oversee the backlog and manage ticket flow, ensuring that development tasks are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with product goals.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between Product Owners/Managers and the Development team, ensuring that requirements are clearly understood and implemented effectively.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and impediments to project delivery, proactively developing mitigation strategies to ensure timely and quality outcomes.

  • Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing team performance metrics and implementing process enhancements to optimize delivery efficiency.

  • Resource Coordination: Collaborate with team leads to allocate resources effectively, balancing workload and ensuring that project timelines are met.

We'd Like to See

  • Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Agile Coach, or in a similar role within a technology-driven environment.

  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban, with hands-on experience facilitating agile ceremonies.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships across diverse teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, navigate challenges, and drive them to successful completion.

  • Familiarity with agile project management tools and software development lifecycle processes.

  • A Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is a plus but not required.

$110,000 - $140,000 Annual Base Salary (USD)

10% Annual Bonus
