Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with stakeholders across North America.
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of customer implementation projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, product, and customer success.
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks, blockers, and scope changes.
- Track project milestones and ensure transparent reporting to stakeholders.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Provide regular stakeholder updates on progress and risks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes.
- Manage commercial aspects including timelines, scope, and budget.
- Coordinate with third-party delivery partners where applicable.
Education
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in related fields.
