Skills
- Proficiency in backend or systems engineering with at least 5 years of experience on high-scale platforms.
- Expertise in designing and maintaining large distributed systems with high concurrency and fault tolerance.
- Strong communication skills to clearly articulate complex technical concepts.
- Experience or knowledge of payments infrastructure, subscription platforms, or creator monetization systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with growth engineering, user acquisition, or retention systems is highly desirable.
- Experience with programming languages such as Scala, Python, or Golang and infrastructure tools such as Kubernetes.
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable subscriptions infrastructure handling payments and SKUs across platforms.
- Develop growth systems to acquire, activate, and retain users to maximize revenue.
- Create innovative monetized products that drive subscription adoption and user engagement.
- Build systems and algorithms enabling creators to monetize high-quality content effectively.
- Lead technical architecture decisions ensuring scalability, reliability, and low latency.
- Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and compliance teams for end-to-end system delivery.
- Maintain engineering excellence with rigorous testing, monitoring, and continuous deployment.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
