Position Summary
The Loyalty Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving innovative loyalty constructs and strategies across the organization’s suite of products.
Partnering closely with Product Management, Affinity Marketing, and Digital Marketing, the Loyalty Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing customer loyalty programs by designing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, long-term value creation, and increase customer lifetime value.
The role will involve analyzing the effectiveness of current loyalty constructs, identifying opportunities for innovation, and translating customer-centric loyalty into impactful, multi-channel strategic marketing campaigns across products and marketing channels.
