- 3+ years managing paid social campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of paid social channels, technologies, and trends
- Experience directing and iterating on creative strategies
- Strong analytical skills with growth marketing KPIs understanding
- Familiarity with BI tools like Looker for data analysis
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Experience with CRO and landing page testing is a plus
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day Meta campaign performance and optimizations
- Develop and test new paid social campaigns and strategies
- Manage weekly creative insights with agency and Brand team
- Support Paid Social strategy development alongside Marketing Manager
- Collaborate cross-functionally on landing page testing to improve conversion rates
- Assist with channel-level reporting, data analysis, and KPI tracking
- Partner with analytics to improve data capabilities and reporting
- Communicate campaign results and priorities to internal teams and leadership
- Develop working relationships with cross-functional partners
