Immunology Sr Financial Analyst Consolidation - RINVOQ

The role will assist in the consolidation process for RINVOQ sales forecast within the Immunology Franchise. The position is primarily focus on cross-functional collaboration and operational efficiency to ensure accurate/timely consolidation of commercial product volumes for all Plan, LBE, LRP, Portfolio and Actual submissions. The individual builds and maintains knowledge of the business through close communication across a variety of cross-functional partners including executives, Marketing & Sales Management, Marketing Analytics and Commercial Finance.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Lead consolidation process for Actuals, Plan, LBE, LRP process by working with each indication finance lead to provide a holistic brand view.
• Responsible to accurate capturing other allocations to be included in the Sales forecast (e.g. Pipeline, Chargebacks, Unaudited).
• Support month-end actual close process consolidation including the preparation of Price, Pipeline and Demand variance and Close commentary.
• Main liaison with Demand Planning for ending inventory.
• Operate independently to prepare and create sales reporting/key metrics.
• Key liaison between Rinvoq and DHQ for BPC submission and other systems requirements and enhancements.
• Act as a central point of expertise for integrating cross-functional inputs, including Marketing, Sales, Pricing, Finance, and Market Analytics, into cohesive forecasting processes (e.g. IRA assumptions)
• Support ad-hoc analytical support on various business needs and other key business drivers.
• Leads Month-end Sales Package to capture meaningful commentary for RINVOQ Sales.
• Proactively identify areas of optimization to create efficiencies within Forecasting Process and drive projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• A minimum of 4+ years combined experience in analytics, forecasting, and/or financial planning and analysis is required.
• Must have strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, along with good interpersonal skills to effectively work with all levels of management.
• Ability to triangulate a wide variety of data sets and analytics (e.g. market research, competitive events, prescriptions, epidemiology, patient flow, etc.) to inform forecasting and financial impacts.
• Agility to prioritize and quickly understand issues and assess data integrity is critical due to challenging deadlines.
• High level proficiency with Excel & PowerPoint.  Knowledge of SAP, BPC and PowerBi preferred.
• Ability to work independently and self-starter, supporting the business and forecasting leadership in variety of locations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and matrixed environment Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Previous pharmaceutical and forecasting experience is preferred.

• The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.​​ Salary: $94,000 - $178,500
