- Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, Anaplan, Navan financial systems.
- Strong system configuration and customization skills.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering and solution development.
- Good understanding of accounting and finance processes (Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Order to Cash).
- Strong communication and project management capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of System Engineers responsible for financial systems including NetSuite, Coupa, Navan, and Blackline.
- Complete hands-on configuration and customization within financial systems such as workflows, dashboards, and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Accounting, Finance, Tax, and Procurement to understand and address business challenges.
- Translate complex processes into clear components for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate business operations.
- Monitor and enforce internal controls to comply with regulatory requirements.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
