Client Support Analyst - job 1 of 3

Addepar is a global technology and data company focused on delivering advanced portfolio management software for investment professionals. They are looking for a Client Support Analyst who is passionate about problem-solving, client service, and working with complex data in a technology-driven financial environment.

Skills

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in math and data analysis.
  • Capacity to troubleshoot and resolve complex client problems.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Time-management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, respond to, and resolve client issues and questions.
  • Provide hands-on support to ensure client satisfaction and ongoing happiness.
  • Analyze complex financial datasets to identify discrepancies and resolve errors.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Product, and Account Management teams to resolve client issues.
  • Deliver functional and conceptual instruction to help clients maximize the platform.
  • Manage multiple cases effectively and see issues through to resolution.
  • Become an expert user of the Addepar platform.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
