Responsibilities
- Identify, respond to, and resolve client issues and questions.
- Provide hands-on support to ensure client satisfaction and ongoing happiness.
- Analyze complex financial datasets to identify discrepancies and resolve errors.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Product, and Account Management teams to resolve client issues.
- Deliver functional and conceptual instruction to help clients maximize the platform.
- Manage multiple cases effectively and see issues through to resolution.
- Become an expert user of the Addepar platform.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
