Service Support Administrative Assistant

This role plays a vital part in supporting the Technical Services team to ensure optimal system performance and high customer satisfaction. As a key contributor, you will manage vendor invoice approvals, customer billing disputes, and work order closures while coordinating communication between internal teams and service providers. Accountabilities:

• Oversee vendor invoice approval, billable entity selection, and all related administrative tasks.
• Manage customer billing disputes related to service support.
• Ensure accurate and timely closure of work orders in the company’s Work Order Management system.
• Review incoming service quotes and route them promptly to the appropriate Technical Support Associate.
• Act as liaison between the company and service providers to maintain positive vendor relationships and ensure billing/payment accuracy.
• Collaborate with contractor relations to assign preferred vendors to the correct service sites.
• Maintain high standards of customer and contractor satisfaction throughout the Technical Services scope.

• Willingness to work rotational weekend and holiday calls.
