Responsibilities
- Lead Revenue Operations supporting Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Marketing daily needs.
- Administer and optimize HubSpot CRM and GTM tools to ensure scalable, efficient processes.
- Manage reporting, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics for GTM leadership.
- Identify and implement operational efficiencies through process improvements and systems enhancements.
- Ensure clean and reliable data across systems to support accurate reporting and decision-making.
- Support revenue leadership with territory planning, capacity planning, and incentive modeling.
- Ensure alignment and adoption of best practices across regions and GTM functions.
- Build and manage a small RevOps team, fostering high-quality execution and professional growth.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not explicitly required.
