Inside Sales Manager- National Accounts

POSITION SUMMARY

Inside Sales Manager – National Accounts leads a team focused on driving revenue growth within a defined set of healthcare solutions. Key focus areas are on customer outcomes, strategic alignment, and strong collaboration with the sales organization and a commitment to coaching and measuring key metrics for continuous improvement.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and nurture relationships with national accounts, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and driving revenue growth within these key partnerships.
  • Develop, refine, and maintain discipline on a focused overall sales strategy, with specific measurable tactics and actions that generate sales & revenue.
  • Increase revenue throughput with existing customers across a defined set of healthcare solutions.
  • Own key customer outcomes, including utilization, retention, and overall customer health for a specified group of healthcare facilities.
  • Work closely with sales leaders to ensure alignment of strategic initiatives and successful product launch activities.
  • Implement and oversee the measurement of key sales performance metrics, regularly analyzing reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Actively engage in coaching and development initiatives, utilizing call quality monitoring, observation, and targeted coaching to enhance the skills and performance of the inside sales team.
  • Ability to lead and train inside sales teams in a fast past environment.
  • Track sales activities in the CRM

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in inside sales management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of key customer outcomes and the ability to drive product adoption and utilization.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to align with field sales, marketing, and finance teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage national accounts and foster strategic relationships.
  • Experience in daily management of activities, focusing on KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Proven track record in sales coaching and professional development.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales reports and make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-Starter – Take Initiative to go beyond client expectations. Find ways to benefit, learn, and grow from challenging roles. Comprehend and maximize personal strengths while actively improving upon weaknesses.

This range represents the low and high ends of the Agiliti pay range for this position. This base pay range information is based on the market locations shown.
