Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain healthy driver bases across assigned geographies and customers
- Develop strong relationships with drivers and customers through daily interactions and onsite visits
- Coordinate change requests and provide direct tactical support to drivers
- Collaborate with Revenue team to address driver feedback and develop resolution plans
- Drive quality, support initiatives, and conduct market performance reviews
- Develop continuous improvement and performance management programs
- Manage driver rate establishment, billing, and payment execution
- Govern work through documentation and identify process improvement opportunities
- Partner with manager to identify and close process gaps
